Refund Policy

If the order fails to meet customer expectations, the customer is allowed to request for a replacement by which the faulty product is returned and a replacement will take its place. No monetary returns are allowed, only 1 to 1 exchange/replaces are possible. We are not responsible for any errors submitted by customers in the artwork creation and submission process. Artwork will be used for the replacement, no corrective services will be provided. You should expect to receive your replacement refund within 14 days after investigation. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item delivered, wrong shipping address, etc).

 

To provide an economical end cost to our customer, we, GoPrint group, and all CMYK work together in what is referred to as “Gang-run printing”. Due to this, 100% colour accuracy is not possible. However, colour accuracy will be between 80-90% according to market printing standards. We are taking a great effort in order to match colours as accurately as possible, we are not liable for marginal colour variations or inaccuracies in the printing matter.
